Christopher Dadlez, FACHE | President and CEO

  • 35+ years of experience leading large complex healthcare organizations in 5 states
  • Senior Advisor for Pivot Health Advisors, a health strategy company
  • Former President and CEO of Trinity Health of New England, a regional healthcare system whose parent company is Trinity Health of Livonia, Michigan
  • Held board and leadership positions in healthcare organizations such as the American Hospital Association, Connecticut Hospital Association, Alliance of Independent Academic Medical Centers and the Association of American Medical Colleges
Mark Downey

Mark Downey | Chief Operating Officer

  • 27+ years of experience within the medical device industry
  • Former SVP of privately held radiation oncology device company with oversight responsibilities including HR, QA, RA, Strategic R & D, Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing
  • 18 years with C.R. Bard and served as President of the Bard Urological/Bard Brachytherapy Divisions
Kurt Morath

Kurt Morath | VP Operations

  • Former Director of Operations, Penn Radiation Oncology
  • Led Penn’s radiation oncology operations through unprecedented growth
  • Integral part of building the Robert’s Proton Therapy Center, which opened in 2009
  • Led Penn’s efforts in building two single-room proton centers
  • Began his career at Penn in 1992 and held various leadership positions, surpassing departmental and organizational goals
Zelig Tochner, MD

Zelig Tochner, MD | Medical Advisor

  • Professor Emeritus at the University of Pennsylvania
  • Served as Clinical Director at the Roberts Proton Therapy Center, and Vice Chair of Proton Therapy at Penn Radiation Oncology from 2004-2016
  • Led all stages of proton therapy program development, including strategy, planning, design, equipment, training, operations, technology and clinical implementation
  • 10+ years of experience guiding medical centers, governments, and equipment vendors in proton center development across all stages
